Return & Refund Policy
We want you to have a great experience with Kalavio. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
You can request a return within 5 working days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
-The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact
-The return request must be initiated within the specified timeframe
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
Please note: The return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Once approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method
- It may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account
Replacement
If you have received any damaged product, please initiate a return within 3 working days from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick-up the damaged product from your door-step and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed can be cancelled only within 2 working days(excluding bulk orders), provided the item ordered by you has not already been shipped. Once order placed by you has been shipped, the same cannot be cancelled.
Request for cancellation has to be placed by calling on our customer care number. Cancellation of order is subject to the approval of designated authority at Imagimake, based on the reason for canceling the order.
